For one I was not aware that my service advisor was switched. The person who checked me in was not the person that ended up being my service advisor. Also at no point was I updated or given verbal notice of when my vehicle was done being serviced. My service advisor never approached me to explain to me if I needed any more maintenance than what was done that day. I never left the dealer that day I even purchased a new vehicle that day and at no point was I updated on the status of the vehicle I was getting maintenance on. I only received text messages letting me know the vehicle was done and awaiting payment.
