I bring ten years of automotive experience, working as a mechanic, roadside assistance provider, and service advisor. My background includes roles at Toyota, and my skills extend beyond the automotive field – I'm also a certified welder, a chef de partie, and a dispatcher with retail management experience. I'm bilingual (Spanish and English), and have training from Joliet Junior College, Harold Washington College, and Arturo Velasquez Institute. People often ask me for car repair and towing advice, so I'm always happy to lend a hand.
