Hi, I'm a Service Advisor at Napleton River Oaks Honda Lansing, originally from Chicago Heights. I graduated from Bloom High School. My free time is usually spent camping – I really enjoy the outdoors – or catching a movie. I also love cars, of course! Overall, since this was my first time at this location was process was not explained clearly. I was only told my car would be ready at an estimated time (two hours out) for an oil change and maintenance check. After the two hour window passed, I waited an additional hour and no one had come to providing me with an update. I walked over to the office to ask”What was going on?” I was told that my car was sitting out and have been completed. I began to ask if anyone was gonna follow up with me in regards to additional repairs or services needed to my vehicle and I was met with a response. Oh, I had been out for lunch but your vehicle is out front and ready and we can complete any additional service you would like based on the Tech’s recommendation. At this point, I became frustrated because 1.) My car had been ready for an hour, 2.) No one followed up with me, 3.) my car was sitting out front and ready, 4.) I was not briefed on any quotes for additional services and 5.) If I would have liked the additional services completed I would have to wait back in the queue for my vehicle to be placed back in the garage. When I brought this to the reps attention, they just stated it was a new system and they were trying to work everything out. I understand if there was a new system, but it’s also not hard to just update the customer and let them know that these are potential challenges or what would be the next steps instead of having them late for an additional extended period of time instead of trying to provide an in person update when I’m sitting in the next room. This visit to this location will be my first and last period. As I like to take my car to the service center our prayers before considering purchasing at that exact dealership.

I had limited contact with Juan, and was advised about my services, and my tire was loosing air, because it had a nail in it. I was advised this, and that I needed my oil filter, and cabin filter replaced by the consultant who checked me in. However, I did receive an email from Juan, during my service, that may have contained this information.
