The overall experience is very disappointing. Yes, i got a good deal but the communication back and forth with tthe sales person to manager to us was very frustrating and the manager at a point was nkt interested to sell the car and was very rude. We drove from Kentucky to chicago to buy the car. Yes, we did negotiate more and i assume that might have irritated them but there’s a polite way to say it. Do i drive and buy from this showroom again? Nope. Even if i get a great deal.

I had a painless and positive experience. Jacob and Yousef were extremely helpful. The entire process took a couple hours and I was driving away in my new car which I love. I would highly recommend their business!
