Well lets start by saying not everything went as it should , salesman said the car had never been smoked in which it had been (alot) then I signed the financial paperwork with one percentage rate to find out at the final signing that it was different and due to that later hour it was unable ti be changed , then I reach out to 2 of your staff vis email and text and all I needed was to confirm if a oil change was done , well like any one night stand suddenly no one was responding bur the day I was heading out there all responses were done so I had to call myself to get that information so no offense your correspond to everything up untill I by the car then you stop responding after I but it , no professional at all . And there is no excuse for that . Don S. Please not Husam was not my sales rep so that rating relates to the dealership as a whole .
