I’m rating this experience a 1 due to the lack of honesty and professionalism from the salesperson. He sold me a vehicle with several issues and gave misleading information about its features and condition. He claimed it came with certain features and items, but once I received the car, I found out that wasn’t true. I asked specific questions before purchasing, and his answers were either inaccurate or dishonest. I was only able to drive the car for three days before having to return it for repairs, and it’s now been almost a month without it. The salesperson also seemed unfamiliar with the vehicle itself and clearly hadn’t done the proper research. Overall, I feel misled and disappointed by this experience.

Not sure why youre sending me recommendation emails. We waited over 2hrs for simple paperwork following sale agreement. During that time, it was expected that floormats would be installed and the car would be detailed to get the smoke smell partially out. None of that done and told "We dont owe you anything". Called the manager Yousef and was promised a gas card. Never came. The whole place is a joke.
